TransferHUB is a social innovation incubator focused on promoting solutions for fair work. We aim to support the creation, development, and implementation of innovative social projects that improve working conditions and job quality. The incubator provides comprehensive information on how to design and test social innovation, as well as financial support with grant up to PLN 100,000 for developing new ideas. Successful innovations may be further promoted for wider adoption.

TransferHUB is open to individuals, organizations, and institutions that have innovative ideas of products, services or operating models related to work improvement. Applicants can submit their proposals through an application form available on the website. Once accepted, they participate in the pre-incubation stage, where they refine their ideas in details in workshops, receive expert consultation and research support.

Well-planned projects best suited to the needs of the target groups, innovative and with the greatest potential for dissemination can receive a financial grant for further development. The final goal is fully developed product of the innovation. From there on it can be used broadly and change the problem it addressed.
